Summary

Today, all accounts are located in our main infrastructure region in North America, but there’s an increasing need for support to other regions to improve latency and localized data storage for compliance, especially for sensor data.

Intended Outcome

Customers will be able to create TagoIO accounts located on other regions, where our primary goal is to add support for Europe. This will not only reduce the latency when sending and retrieving data, it will also guarantee data availability in the customers' region of choice for their sensor data.

How will it work?

Customers will be able to select in which region a new account will be created. Then, they can log in the account for that specific region.
