Summary

Today, in order to create geofence functions using TagoIO maps it is necessary to create scripts using Analysis and set some features. We thought that, for some situations, we could it make easier for users to set up Geofences for their applications if we add a new option in our Action.

Intended Outcome

The new Action option will make the process easier:

1. User picks the Action option ‘Geofence’
2. User selects the device, variable, and the type of alert ‘inside’, ‘outside’
3. User uses the Map and select the references for the geofence, like a radius,

How will it work?

When the device sends location information and it hits an Action, it will validate the conditions and takes the proper action.
