Summary

Today, TagoIO runs account in a multi-tenant approach to bring several benefits to customers, including cost and easy management. As some customers need to scale to bigger applications and need to have more control of the solutions, we see an opportunity to provide a dedicate single-tenant for them.

Intended Outcome

Add the Dedicate instance option during the account creation at TagoIO. Customer will be able to manage more detailed information similar to CPU and memory utilization and take more decisions based on the performance of their application.

How will it work?

We are creating the new TagoDeploy, that will enable developers to set up the best configuration of CPU, Memory, and other parameters for their specific instance. The new deploy will also run on AWS, a new account that TagoIO team will manage for customers.
